Practice Nursing Team

Our team of Practice Nurses provide Health Promotion, Smears, Travel Vaccinations, Childhood Vaccinations and contraception. Marian & Polly are skilled in chronic disease management, eg Diabetes, Asthma and Heart Disease. Our Health Care Assistant is available to support the Nursing team by performing a range of clinical tasks including blood pressure checks, urgent phlebotomy (GP requests), height and weight checks, ear syringing, new patient health checks, flu and pneumonia vaccines, B12 injections and performing ECGs & Spirometry. Please note that routine phlebotomy services are provided by LCHS at Skegness hospital. If you have been told you need a blood test and do not know how to make an appointment, the Receptionist will advise you of the telephone number for the blood clinic.
